BUDDHA ART PAINTINGS
PRESENCE
Presence began as an extension of Ellen Kalmenson's landscape paintings. Overtime, the work became less about what was seen and more about what could be quietly felt.
These paintings aren't about Buddhism as much as they are about stillness, awareness, and the quiet wisdom that already exists within us. They invite us to slow down, to notice, and find a deeper way of seeing.
This is where Art Living begins. A painting isn't simply something we look at. It becomes part of the spaces where we live, and the quiet moments we return to each day.
My first Buddha Art Painting, Stillness In Stone, was painted at a time when I was discovering a deeper stillness in my own life. Since then, my work has continued to unfold, guided by the quiet presence and ancient wisdom that first drew me to them.
