Buddha Art Mugs
Art beyond the gallery
Inspired by select works from the gallery, each mug carries the spirit of Art Living, the original painting beyond the wall and into everyday life. Whether resting beside a favorite chair, accompanying a morning ritual, or waiting quietly on a desk, these archival Buddha Art mugs find their place in the quiet rhythm of daily living.
All of Ellen’s creations are absolutely stunning, beautifully crafted, and exceptional in quality. Each piece brings a lovely sense of warmth and tranquility to my home, enhancing every room with its unique charm. Even my morning coffee feels a little more special when enjoyed in her beautiful mug. Her work truly makes everyday moments more beautiful. Elizabeth
Beautiful, soulful, practical, and they make me smile. What more could you ask from a coffee mug? For me, a good life is made up of a lot of small, simple things that somehow add to the magic. And for years, one of those things has been my collection of Buddha Mugs, created by artist Ellen Kalmenson.  There’s just something about them. The mugs themselves have the perfect size and weight, Ellen’s paintings of Buddhas and other figures are beautiful, and the sayings on the back offer a nice little reminder each morning to slow down, stay centered and maybe not take everything quite so seriously. In other words, to chill.  I’ve been collecting them for years, which also means that, being me, I eventually manage to break one or two. So, every few years I replenish the collection and bring a few new Buddhas into the family.  They’ve become a small part of my morning ritual with a little tranquility, inspiration and good energy.
