Hope seems to live in the light. Gold and pale yellow spread across the sky, breaking through deep layers of violet and sage. The land below is almost in shadow, making the illuminated sky feel even more present as though the light is finding its way through.

​

Hope often appears that way. Not as certainty, but as something we begin to see when there is still darkness around us. Hope holds that moment when the light hasn't completely arrived, but we know it is there.
